Technocity. Amsterdam was launched with the purpose of trying to dive deeper into the electronic music industry.
I wanted to look behind the scenes and show the personal stories of all the people who are involved: not only the artists, but also event organisers, bookers, club owners, photographers, graphic designers, sound technicians, stage managers etc. People who usually stay invisible to the eyes of party-goers.
I was curious about how they started, how they got involved and what their plans are for the future.
I am also thriving in this blog to introduce mostly unknown artists instead of featuring the well-known ones. I can do it, because the magazine is a non-commercial initiative.
TA is run by one individual only at the moment.
